SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 5 business days after they are received. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please allow one or two days for the tracking number to become active.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once your parcel has left France, don't forget to check your tracking number on your national postal service's website for details.
Products are packed in tissue paper or a kraft pouch that you can reuse and in a recycled cardboard envelope.

Niniwanted is not responsible for losses or delays caused by the shipping service.
If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, the reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us by sending a photo of the damaged order as soon as you receive it.
CUSTOMS
Before receiving your goods, you may have to pay customs duties if you ordered from outside the European Union.
RETURNS
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 business days following delivery.
