Orders are shipped within 5 business days following their receipt. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please wait a day or two for the tracking number to be functional.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once your package has left France, be sure to check your tracking number on your national postal service’s website for details.
Products are packaged in tissue paper or in a craft bag that you can reuse and in a recycled cardboard envelope.

DAMAGES & DELAYS
Niniwanted is not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service.
If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, the redelivery costs will be at your expense.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us by sending a photo of the damaged order as soon as you receive it.
CUSTOMS
Before receiving your goods, you may need to pay customs duties if you ordered from outside the European Union.
RETURNS
The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 business days following delivery.
